Appetizers

Shrimp Scampi

Shrimp in a buttery lemon garlic sauce.

Potato Skins

Deep fried potato skins, stuffed with cheese and topped with bacon and green onion.  Served with sour cream.

Bosco Sticks

Breadsticks stuffed with mozzarella cheese.  Served with marinara.

Spinach Artichoke Dip

Creamy spinach artichoke dip served with toasted bread.

The Big Bent Oak

Grilled chicken on top of mixed greens, tomatoes, grapes, black olives, candied walnuts, feta cheese and red onions, served with our special home made dressing.

Asian Chicken Salad

Blackened chicken, crispy noodles, cabbage, lettuce, mandarins, almonds and tomatoes, served with sesame ginger dressing.

Grilled Shrimp Salad

Seasoned shrimp, red onions, and roasted red peppers on top of fresh spinach with almonds and served with hot bacon dressing.

Sizzlin Fajitas

Chicken strips sauteed with onions and peppers. Served with lettuce, tomato, shredded cheese, sour cream, salsa and flour tortillas.

Chicken Wet Burrito

Seasoned shredded chicken, refried beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, wrapped in a flour tortilla and topped with cheddar jack cheese. Served with salsa and sour cream.

Chicken Stir Fry

Fresh stir fried vegetables with General Tso’s sauce, served with white rice and two egg rolls.

Chicken Carbonara

Grilled chicken, peas, mushrooms, bacon and a creamy Alfredo sauce tossed with penne pasta.

Cajun Shrimp Penne Pasta

Grilled Cajun shrimp with penne pasta in a roasted red pepper pesto Alfredo with peas and mushrooms.

 

Chicken Penne

Grilled chicken with penne pasta in a sun dried  tomato basil sauce with fresh spinach.  Topped with shredded parmesan cheese.
